WEll as I said this soon in the game, they should still just be friends.
I have a lot of guy friends and my kids don't think nothin' of it.
Course I don't DO anything with these people either, they are just friends.
If I was single and dating, as I was when my oldest was little, guys were always just guy friends. Some of them I still have. No kissing, no fondling, no nothing like that.
I think it's all what you make it. If you bring a date over then hide in the bedroom, then your just all kinds a wrong, no matter how old the kids are.

Very true, it's about how you introduce the person

Well, figures me being me I somehow screwed things up, so I'd like the mods to just go ahead and close the thread, but the list is there if anyone would like to use it for their own ideas. Thanks everyone.

Sorry to hear that Monk.
But their are millions of people of the opposite gender, you can't be compatible with everybody. this is just one more out of the way to find your Ms. right.

Besides...
In the infamous words of my mom and me...
"She couldn't cook!"
"She's prolly a slob"
"She's a 2 timer!"
"She don't shave!"
These are what we say when we see the super hot females around town. But we can use it here too, lol.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I guess I'll go for a ride, too, and see if that helps me feel better.

Maybe she figured out how much time I spend on this site...

I'm sorry to hear that. I thought we had said something that upset you. Some women are just not ready to be with...
1) is a single dad
2) with a guy who is dedicated to a hobby
3) just don't appreciate a down-to-earth guy
You CAN do better!

Sorry to hear that man. By chance, you didn't actually ask her if she had a tube top did you? Just kidding.
Lot's of great women out there. The best time to find one is when you aren't looking.

Thanks. There wasn't anything that upset me, it takes quite a bit for that. Though you are possibly right that me being a single dad could have had something to do with it. Eh well.

Haha, no, I didn't. And you're right, that's how I met her, when I wasn't looking, so hopefully it'll happen again, though I hope it's not going to take another 2 1/2 years.

Pity you man. I'd rather be a hillbilly - if'n I gets a chance I'll post some pics of my dad's day hike.

my kids have met every friend i have and everyone i go out with, i am very open with them, i used to not be though it seems that its better this way though they are alot more open with me as a result

Well, Jenny we know monk on the boards, but he could be a nose picker.
Or have BO. Ir spit when he talks. I mean, ya just gotta be careful about who your beating up.
But as I said earlier. It's stupid to think your gonna be permanently compatible with all your potentials. I don't get my hopes up til the 10 year mark.

I have attachment issues I think, lol
I think monks grass is greener, but you know what they say...
