My sun has finally started opening more since it's started eating regularly. I've only had it for a month, but it didn't eat for the first 2 weeks. I was getting kinda worried until I tried the cyclopeeze. When I feed the rest of the tank the sun starts opening and then an hour later I turn off the main lights and then feed them an hour later when it's totally open. It's been working out great. I do this every other day for my whole tank. I do the cyclopeeze and mysis or cyclopeeze and Spectrum Thera-A pellets. I've noticed more accellerated growth since I've been feeding like this.

Hey demartini.. your profile says the biggest tank you have is a 14. Your tanks are absolutely amazing... have you thought/tried to go bigger??? I would like to see what you could do with a 75+.. Awesome work..

Hey Lauren - Finally got a pic of the pink stripe paly's you sent me. Even with my new close-up lenses I got, I can't get the pictures you take but you can see they've gone from 4 to 10 so they must be happy. I have a coco just like yours, too.

Hey Lauren,
As always, great tank. I had a question though. Back in post 3 or 4 you have a pic of what looks like it might be a brain? Anyway, how did it do in your tank under stock lighting? Did you notice growth?
Thank you! If you are interested in checking out my nano thread feel free to. The tank and pictures are not as good but I like em.
Thanks again

honestly i don't know how you do it..... That tank is perfect!
How in the heck do you keep corals from stinging eachother?! And why do they look so beautiful?!?! I know your secret, you swim out to the caribbean and pick them yourself

thank you! The coral you are asking about is called a cat eye. it's a moderate light coral. I have had that coral the longest and I absolutely love it! it did just fine under the bio cube stock lighting, but it loves the 70 watt metal halide I have now. You can see it in the upper left corner of my tank... it's not as nice now because I attempted to use a 150 watt halide without acclimating my corals to the stronger light. I switched back to the 70 watt and It's starting to look a little better, but it doesn't get as puffy and nice like it used to be.
I'll check go out your tank! =)
