Here is the fuge full of water now, I didn't polish the edges like you did Shawn, I don't know if I am going to have time, I am going to try I am afraid I am going to knock it off my bench, oh why did Isay that, It's like break a leg I guess.
Yes bubble trap matches the skimmer stand....
....My wife probably wishes as I was as attentive to detail about my clothing as I am about the sump/fuge details......She bought me new jeans, cause she complained about my old ones, and then she just glared at me when I climbed out of the new tank covered in fiberglass dust from sanding......She should have known, that anything I wear becomes work clothes.... Corey any confirmation or idea if those float valves are 1/4" ?

No, Al...don't knock it off the bench

Wow...excellent work you guys. Shawn you did make some changes there didn't you. The bubble trap matches the skimmer stand now and the bracing is totally different. Looks like it should actually be easier to install and remove the skimmer.
No, Thank You Jordan....You guys made this happen.....
I was thinking about another build when the first 1 went crazy...I guess that's why my mom always said "never count your chickens before your eggs hatch". I was thinking of a modest tank build (4sided view) overflow in center of tank.....I don't need another tank though. My wife would just kill me.

Again Thank You Krista!!!!! Couldn't have done it without the help and support of you guys!!!!!! You guys deserve the credit......

My sensors have clips so I can put them wherever I want..so don't concern yourself with those.
I took my laptop to work...I wanted to see the new sump...Its really hard to type with teared up eyes. I can't see any glue drips. I think it's perfect, and I love the new changes!
That refugium would make a nice little fish tank..now before you change your mind go drill those holes..LOL
What amazing talent, you guys can do anything.

Shawn you are the mastermind of this whole project, the true project manager fabricator. Without you starting this there wouldn't have been 63 pages of a post with great things, sad things, and hilarious things, it just goes to show you when a bunch of good people get together things happen and they happen for a reason, and Flower deserves every bit of it, I want to thank you all for allowing this guy from the north to be apart of it. Good night everyone.

Flower your call....I don't have to put the extras in for the floats....Let me know....I just have some idle time between scratching, and wetting out fiberglass. Yes scratching....Cutting fiberglass still makes me itch like mad........Yes there is a glue drip, but I only noticed it, because when I was polishing with the acrylic polish is when I noticed it....Bad thing is I left the paper backing on during gluing, so no idea how that happened.....I like the added piece over the bubble tower, so if there is any splashing or what not, it would/will hit that little cover....Only wish I did 1 other thing, but I'll let you figure it out....I cut the eurobracing thin, to allow the skimmer to come in/out as easy as possible......

Shawn the best I could find was that those switches require a 5/16 bit with a #18 tap if you wanted them to thread into place. I'm thinking a 3/8" hole would be needed to mount them with the nut.

That's funny

Thanks!!!!! Waiting to see if Flower wants me to add a tab to clean the sump up a bit to mount the sensor to....Also had thought about putting in a tab for possible future upgrading if she would get a controller something on the lines of what Aviator is working or any of the others on the market....That way she could just drop the probes right into the holes, and she's done.....It's her sump she has to make those calls.

That would be cool...I believe I'm going to add one into my sump as well once I get rolling on that again. But I'm going to attempt to do it with glass

You can do it.....The glass tab could be drilled with the Rotozip or dremel, with the nice bits(cheap) from Harbor Freight.......
How's vacation so far?

Yep I still have those bits for the dremel that I picked up off of your recommendations when I drilled the tank. I've decided with a tiny modification I should be able to squeez a 75g under the stand instead of the 55g. But that's another story for another time.
Just started vacation this evening. So far so good
I'm ready for it too!
