As soon as you have a tracking number...PM me. I want to try and get a picture of the delivery to the opening of the box...Oh I'm so hyped I can't sleep... I haven't been to bed yet today, I keep intending to but, I can't sleep... seems I got all into this site from early on and haven't done a thing but sit here and type on the computer all day. I took a break and got some stuff for my Mom at the pharmacy..what a wasted wonderful day. I just wish Mom felt better.

On a good note.....Did get home a little earlier tonight than all week and had a chance to check out the packing, and hats off to Slice......


This pic and the next couple show you the extent being taken to safe guard the new pieces.......

This inside the outside box.....you can see a box within a box and all is cushioned.....

Another shot. You can see it's padded top and bottom inside the outside box.

The foam blocks!!!!

Sump being slid into it's protective plastic sleeve!!!!

Sump in place inside the inside carton....there is padding underneath it, but not really shown in the pic.

Sump inside inner carton and sealed up....Waiting to seal the main carton up.......
The padding you see up top locking the sump into place is exactly the same on the bottom of the inside carton. It is snug!!!!!!

We are still going round and round.....First all the paperwork wasn't received......Then it was resent, and then it wasn't readable from the UPS store scanning it over to them. Then they supposedly said it was only 1 claim instead of 2, when originally they had given me 2 claim numbers. Then they tell me they found the other claim!!!!! Then they tell me the first 1 had been processed, 2ND claim still waiting paperwork.......I call them everyday, and corporate will only give out so much information, since I'm not the shipper.....The UPS store I shipped from is considered the shipper so they are only privileged to all the information. The local UPS store is worthless!!!!!! I call them everyday hounding them. Bottom line I haven't given up, but it's a bunch of run around to discourage the average from filing a claim. They hope and anticipate you get tired and go away!!!!!!
I can be like a bad case of hemorrhoids.....
Ooohhhh they are stating it was "THEIR" negligence on both pieces though!!!!!!

Their saying the claims were processed and approved.....They say 5-7 business days after approval they pay out.....They were approved on the 16th of November.....

They can't explain anything!!!!! That's big corporate for you....When us little guys screw up, they are all over us in a heartbeat.....

Actually Tuesday I wish I had a video camera with me.....You would be amazed what I saw!!!!! Christmas toys being loaded on skids, and geezzzeeee we just need a little more room, so we take the forklift and smash the outside boxes to get the next skid to fit....They don't care!!!!!! I see it everyday.....

Maybe you could just give us the phone number to the person in charge of expiditing the claims and we could fill thier answering machine full of not so nice messages :)
Sounds like its coming along.
Flower will be high rolling in no time :)

I just got in from work....The sump has to be safe in that box! Maybe you should send them THOSE pictures as an instructional tool on how to pack something. Along with a book or video on how to run a forklift right and a childs book so they can learn to count, and know what 5 to7 looks like on paper.
I could make out the number 51 on the outside of the box, but because of the flash I can't see..what does the rest say? Al&Burke said he laughed when he saw the sticker on the outside of the box...but he didn't tell us what it said.
My mother said she feels tired but not sick at all this morning...

Shawn did not show you the end panels of the box and those labels either (thanks Shawn). To see all, you will just have to...what was that you said earlier?...oh yeah:

Okaaaay....I will just wait....Keep it up and I will have to display the box the sump came in as well, I already need glass doors on the stand....that should make an interesting conversation piece right there in my living room.

I took a picture with my cell phone, trying to download them, but mine said Al's Custom Fuges, and it had my Avatar on it, totally made me laugh.
