I thinks it's more a matter of not having specific laws against it. Keep in mind oral --- is ILLEGAL in Florida. Too many old laws on the books and not enough to keep up with the sickos.

Nah, "beating a dead horse" came about when a ton of know it all newbie trolls descended upon the boards.
--- with animals is not "legal" in Florida, it is considered and prosecuted under animal cruelty laws (which for the record are a joke sentencing wise) rather than under laws pertaining specifically to --- where it should be alongside sodomy and ----, etc.

Oklahoma will not tolerate anyone taking a bite out of another’s hamburger.
Females are forbidden from doing their own hair without being licensed by the state.
And this made me laugh harder
Dogs must have a permit signed by the mayor in order to congregate in groups of three or more on private property.
