if you plan on getting reef then some fishes that you choose wont be reef safe

I got that pic off yahoo images...but that is what they all look like!! They're a little pricey, 50 for a small-but they're gorgeous!!! And they are probably the least likely of any lion to eat your clowns!!

ill make sure ill get a canopy that can hold more than one bulb this time
would 2 bulbs be enough and if so what lights should i get for best results no matter how much my canopy can hold?

SWEET! They're from the red sea and are usually expensive. They are probably just cheap right now, because fall/winter is when you always see them.
