I got LEDs and I have to say, I am pretty much in love. Here are some pictures.

The LEDs add a whole new dimension to the tank dont they? Tank is really looking nice.

Mike, it certainly does. I was so giddy when I first set them up. I bought the powerbrite LEDs, 2 of them. I will soon buy a 3rd one. They are just so darn expensive. Thanks

Lol, that sucks. they are all over the place down here. I got this one for $20. My LFS has huge colonies of them that they frag from. I love them.

Thanks! I know I haven't shown the new rock work yet, I got a uh...small diatom bloom from this rock. It's only on the new rock. Even though Robert had them in water with a PH. I don't understand it. All my levels are "normal"
Ammonia - 0
Nitrates - 5
Nitrites - 0
Phosphates - 0
Calcium - 440
I don't get it....hopefully it will clear up soon. Then I will post some pictures

Turn the lights out and cut out a feeding or 2. You may have an issue thats not showing on your test kits. On another note I almost bought a clam today. Kids got me out of there. May go back tomorrow.

How bad is it? I would just do my regular changes. If you havent done one and are about due then go ahead. Did you ever get that RODI unit? If not that needs to be your next purchase IMO. I think I am going back tomorrow to get the clam and maybe some other stuff. The LEDs shouldnt matter. Dont know about you but I still overfeed my tank. I just cant help myself.
