Stirred sand? If anything then it would be my ray but I'm not sure where you are seeing stirred sand. Are you suggesting the water looks cloudy? That's just how it looks from the side view.

Tank looks nice Crimzy. What is on the algae clip, Romaine? If so do you boil it first or just put it in raw? How goes it with the Idol eating, any new developments?

Thanks. I just rinse the romaine well and put it in. The idol is doing great... eating everything I'm offering.

He's actually started pushing around my other, larger fish when feeding time comes. He's getting chubbier by the day, if you look back at the pics from the idol thread, his bone was slightly protruding when I first got him. That's basically gone now. And his streamer has grown at least 2" in the last 3 weeks.

One of them didn't make it. As the one got stronger, he began harassing the other. But the stronger of the two is doing great, as described above.

dude, i just spent the last hour roughly reading through this entire thread, and all i can say is WOW you did an absolutely amazing job with that tank. to go from what it looked like when u first bought it to what it looks now is nothing short of amazing, congrats on the awesome job and all the hard work you put in it definitely paid off an

Thanks man... it's been quite a project and is still unfinished. But I appreciate the support. At times I never thought it would get done.

Saw your camara thread btw, I would put some more money aside and get the Rebel XTI, its worth it over time, as the guy that sold it to me said, you may never wantor need another Camara.....Yeah right, it's damn good though.
