I dont know I think there pretty cool looking. If I can house them other than there agression problems I think I want to

can I still have a clown gob. or is that out of the question?
P.s working on testing now did the water change

So you want a damsel and a clown goby?,,is that it?

3 stripe damsel, clown goby, fire shrimp, cleaner shrimp, snails, 5 blue legg hermits, 1 scarlet hermit and maybe a brittle star(I like star fish and I think this is the only one I can house even though its not my first choice.)
The water change looks like it raised all of the results.
Ammonia - 0.25
Nitrite - 0.1
Nitrate - 2.5
pH - 8.0

I think it might be because when I added the fresh salt water the sand bed got hit a bit.
like I said(well showed)

Good...now watch those levels...they are supposed to come up before they go back down...LOL........when you do your w/c's be careful not to mess with the sand...after you start with your fish you could cause spikes that can harm them

yeah I think im going to pour it into my filter instead of directly into the tank so it doesnt mess up the sand. What if the water parameters dont rise and they just start to fall again?

yeah but u said they should rise again, so if they dont dfoesnt the question was ment to say does it mean anything other than almost time to stalk up the tank:p

LOL...I think I said by stirring the sand they COULD rise....In a normal "new tank" cycle it is my understanding that your get ammonia..nitrites...then nitrates...I DID NOT..I just got ammonia....

IMO if they all go to 0...you should be good to go with your cuc

I think once you hit 0 and stay there for a couple of days you could try some cuc...then keep checking every other day, and after a week add afew more cuc

Dont think I'm going to go with the damsel anymore, all I see is problems associated with them on this site.
But i dont know if i should just get 2 nemos

Excellent...now we just need to get rid of that ammonia...and keep all levels at 0

I love my "Nemos" I have 2 in the 54, and 2 in the 225
I may get black ones for my 29

no for fish maybe some sort of sand sifter and the 2 nemos( not sure if i was 2 black and white or just 2 normal ones)

have you looked at the little yellow clown gobies...they are very cute...and entertaining..LOL..OHHHH and very small

A scooter blennie is something for much later...if at all...They have to have a large supply of copepods to live off (some eat frozen) but need the pods in their diet...I truly do not know if you can keep a scooter in a 10g..
The Citron goby is very pretty...look that one up

yeah I saw that one and the rusty one looks nice also. I was also looking at the fire fish maybe get one of those will that work with 2 nemos?

yeah I have a firefish too in my 54g...had one in my 225...THEY JUMP sometimes
If I could find one I would get a citron goby in my 29
