If it clogs up, I'll know very quickly. The flow from my filter combined with the pump to the refugium, is whats keeping the water i nthe refugium, and not overflowing my DT. If I unplug either one, the dt overflows because there isnt anything to keep the water in the refugium, so it drains in the dt really quick lol.

That sounds dangerous

nah, it doesnt touch anything eletricle when it over flows. The floor seems to be uneaven so it only flows out from the front, rather than the back there all the plugs are.
Also all the powerbars ect. are grounded. All the cords have the drip loops also.
Got it covered! lol
Its just a pain when theres lightning, I always have to stay home and worry about the power going out and flooding my room.

i hate it when my water level used to get low and i didnt notice my pump would shoot out bubles
then i just started to keep dechlorified water out i still have to save u for that ro unit i might look on craigslist

I've taught my parents what to do incase the lights go out lol.
Also before I leave the house and I know theres going to be a storm, Ill put old towels around the tank, buckets ect.

I've purchased a sun coral! lol
I plan on placing it next to the coco worm, in a shaded area since its not photosynthetic.
Any suggestions or tips on keeping these?
