Typed it in google and looked at pics, found a pic that looks like my stuff then it was on a forum and started reading it. She tried the pH thng but found out that that type of dino wasnt what she had.
No idea and this stuff has spread to my zoas now.

It also said there is some sort of bacteria tat lives inside the dino, and if you increase the trates the bacteria feeds on it and the bacteria multiplies quicker and started exploding the dino or soemthing to that extent.

Crashed.. lost most of my corals but the fish are fine.
I currently have a bunch of snails, a couple hermits, 2 clowns, p.j cardinal, zoas, gsp, and recovering xenia. Everything else is dead! The brown stuff that ws attacking things seems to be going away theres just a little that grows on the gsp without effecting it. Im going to wait untill everything is fully stabalized to redo the tank.

That just suck$. Sorry to hear that.
With the "brown" stuff going away....are you showing any sings of excess nutrients in your testing?
Did you have any, or a bunch of sponges in your tank?

Always had perfect readings. The guy at the lfs said that I probabbly put my tank through a mini cycle when I cleaned out the filter for the first time in a year, so that brown stuff was a type of diatom(don know how to spell it). So now I have 3(-1) huge snails(one got eaten by my gigantic holloween hermit) that eat like pigs and the "brown stuff" seems to be getting eaten too.
Took a crappy video just to show the after effects. Used my webcam so its pretty damn bad! You can see one of the huge snails, the big holloween hermit, my new pj cardinal, and my 2 clowns, soem zoas, lots of gsp, some regrowing(?) xenia. Ill ask my g.f to led me the cam one day this week.

dont really have to start over. I just have to restock it! But I'm scared to put corals in at the moment since I'm not totally sure the problem has solved. I havent really been doing much to slove it other than larger waterchanges(wich seem to be working) once a week.
I'm thinking of buying a goby/pistol shrimp combo today.

If you look on the positive side of things though you get to experience the whole buying and aquascaping craze again. But still it blows.

I think I found some sort of egg sac today. It looks like a dead mexican turbo snail and its covered in tan colour small spheres. My holloween hermit was munching on the "eggs" and they are floatingall around my tank now. Now the cleanner shrimp is muching on the eggs!
What the hell can they be?
I bought a tiger pistol shrimp and a highfin goby combo and just my luck they went under a rock at the back of the tank lol!

Hello! How is everyone doing?
My tank problem has run its course and I re-did the aqua scape.
So far my stock list is;
1 pj cardinal
2 nemos (still from before the crash)
1 high fin goby
1 tiger pistol shtimp
1 HUGE holloween hermit (still from before the crash)
2 blue legg hermits (still from before the crash)
1 ceanner shrimp (still from before the crash)
bunch of various snails (still from before the crash(most of them had babies which are still growing ad comming out at night))
Purple/red ring, red/green, all green, red/blue, and other colored zoas (most, before the crash, one rock was bought recently)
"nuclear" blastos
Green yuma rock (I think thats what it is)
I plan to get a blue sponge for a cave I made in my aquascape. I aso plan on possibly getting a toadstool leather, elephant shroom, and filling the rest of the bare parts on the rock with zoas and shrooms!
I MISS YOU GUYS! AND MOM LOL
