oh alright. I love watching the nassarius snails when I feed oscar, they pop out of nowhere and start climbing everything almost like they want some of the mysis or brin shrimp. How do they mate? Ive noticed that 2 of them keep following eachother and once in a while there ontop of eachothers shells. 1 of my nassarius snails is missing in action it was the larger one of the 3 havent seen him since i put him into the tank and he went underground.
Oscar seems to perfer the mysius shrimp over the brine also.

well Ive been mixing the two together when feeding. He wont touch the NLS pellet food theres acctually still some on the sand that is covered in a clear jelly like film(im guessing its the bacteria eating it?)

More like rot.. if you have leftover food on the bottom get it out...Take a turkey baster and suck it up....

I'm looking at your algae thream and I have these types growing in my tank
Caulerpa racemosaOne of the more riskier. Can and do get to a point that they will turn white, release a bazillion spores into the tank and possibly cause a crash. Here is a thread started by Randy (Scopus Tang)https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/317670/oh-my-gawd-help-me-plz
Acetabularia crennulata (thought it was a star polypop growing very small and bright green)Mermaid's Wineglass. A cool macro, just keep it in check. May not last in the tank but none the less cool.
Cladophoropsis sp(my hermits seemed to have eaten it)
DiatomsNormal part of a cycling tank towards the end of the cycle. Should go away on it's own.
any of these that I want to get rid of?
Hope that helps a little.

I saw one of them floating in my tank and i got it out right away. Mine are just individual balls with a white stem and the green ball. almost looks like a balloon on a sting. Next water change I'm going to try to syphen them off the rocks. I originally thought it was some sort of small bubble algae. Deff dont want that to happen to my tank that looked like a big mess!

Are you sure it is C. Racemosa
? Does it look like a bunch of grapes? Got a picture?

Now im not sure as i look at more pics of it. It looks like grapes but there individual graps apposed to C. Racemosa which looks like grapes on a vine. Also mine are only growing on my LR and the C. Racemosa looks like it grows on the LS?? There to small to get a pic I tried to grab one out of the tank with a tweezer but it popped so I think Im screwed now. When it popped small white bits came out of it
I guess I'll just have to keep an eye on it?

Probably bubble algae, Valonia sp.. Just take it out as you see it being careful not to break anymore open.
