So I just turned on my lights to see how the algae issues are, and there seems to be none anymore. But I found another apastia or w.e so I'll be shooting hot water on it later on. There all on the same rock!
I think I'm going to leave my power head in the possition it is now since my sand bed looks a lot better. The new one thats on its way will be possitioned to point upwards to break the waters surface tension and get some more air into the tank.
When I get my supplies I'll change the carbon ect. wait acouple weeks then I think I'm going to go buy the two black and white clowns!
good idea or bad? Since there $60 each

I would put the lights on gradually at first...you don't really have anything in there that needs a lot of light...
I would get some more cuc....see how they do, and if all goes well...then yes...go for the fishies

Would I be able to get the feather duster or coc worm also? Just to try to get the cost higher and maybe I'll just got visit the other guys factory? Since the other guy I talked to said its not worth it to sell under $70 of cuc.

I sent our good friend Henry a PM haha
I dont think the tank needs to be established because I have a really tiny feather duster on my LR and its still alive. I always see it comming in and out of its tube.

yeah I also think they are hardy, because remember when I first started the tank the idiot at the LFS told me to throw in tap water and the LR. It survived the ammonia and chlorine ect.

Your my mentor not the other way around, so YOU TELL ME! haha
Yicks I was just staring at a piece of LR that all the pods hang out in and I noticed a mean looking bristle worm. Its a bright red and has white spike like things on its body. I looked away for 2 secs and it was gone.
Also I think I may have coco worm hitchhikers already, but tiny like the feather's. Its a tube like thing(like the feather dusters) but it has orange/red hairs comming out of it.

So many little critters popping up! Time to start wearing gloves!
Also will these feather dusters and coco's grow larger or are they dwarf sp.? Or will it just take them a really long time to grow larger?

Looks to be that kind. Is it one of the bad ones?
The guy emailed me back and said there isnt a min order since he has to pick up for another customer this weekend. But he cant get the astea snails or the zebra hermits.
this is the pricing:
Cerith snails x7 @ $2.50 = $17.50
Emerald crab x 1 @ $10.00 = $10
Coco worm x 1 @ $25 (on sale, original $40)
Feather duster x 1 @ $10
