Like whats the general rule of what can be next to eachother without getting killed.
Like how you said LPS corals can be put next to eachother with out being stung or w.e

So I went out spent way more then I wanted to and bought the candy cane coral(3 or 4 heads) and a hairy mushroom rock. I'm temp acclimating them now.
So theres whit eballs in the hair mushrooms mouths, Im guessing thats there stingers?

idk what that is. i guess its when they are stress they let that out. but for sure not stingers. since i never of them sting. and sweet!
to answer th e "general question" is just luck.

I heard that they were stingers. Its like a cotton ball in the mouth doesnt go far.
They are back in there mouth now anyways! The tank finally is starting to look more full. I think I got ripp[ed off on the shrooms tho. I paid 34.99 for 5 nice sized ones.
I need some blue, orange and red in the tank now! I have way to much green. What corals can I keep that come in those colours?

that are nice and big? you can get a big colony of zoas, um a kenya tree or colt coral, torch, hammer, lobo, acans, favia.

It's not stingers....mushrooms do that when they are stressed...it's like a discharge. I had an umbrella that did that, but the insides did not go back in and it died....
Just watch it

hahaha I guess I was wrong! Happens alot lmfao.
The insides went back inside. But the mouth is sticking out from the shroom's like a tube. Dont know if this is normal. I'm use to the flush mouths of the zoas ect.
G.f will be here by 4 to take some pics and pick me up then I'll go back to her house and post the pics(with her prob yelling at me in the background haha).
And I found 2 baby shrooms that are bleached and splitting at the back of the rock. One looks like its getting colour back the other is completely white.
