Umm...I have this thing near the top of my internet explorer thing that says smileys and I click on it, find the smiley I want...save it as whatever I want and upload it. When you save it it will appear not moving but once you post it, it does.
On my screen there is the address bar and then a bunch of toolbar icons and then another toolbar and in that one there is a smileys icon. I dunno. Does firefox cost anything?
