From what I read, they are harmless to fish, but will eat the eggs. And they tend to live in the substrate. Maybe suctioning it regularly with your water changes might help control them too. If that is what you have. It was just my guess.

Some type of Polychaete reproduction me thinks. Probably nothing to worry about. Any wrasse in the tank? The love that kind of stuff.

WHAT A MORNING!!!!
Changed out the bulb, Disconnected and removed chiller and chiller feed pump......so then I put the original filter tray back in that section.....removed nano Koralia, and replaced with Koralia evo550, and added a heater...also eliminated another power bar...YAYYYY

UPDATE.....90% of the cyano is gone....NOT GOOD ENOUGH....LOL......after the lights are on, I get a couple small spots in the center section of the tank...and the right side....
so I have made a few adjustments here and there with the front rocks and the powerhead, and the 2 returns......I will give this a few days, and see how it goes
BUT DEFINITELY MUCH IMPROVED
