Even synced they still run the same modes don't they? I may try that tomorrow....

since you have them on opposite ends of the tank, you want to anti sync them. basically it should be orange according to the manual. same mode but anti sync'd. so when one his pumping more gph the other will lessen and vice versa
look at page 15 on the manual i believe. it shows how to sync them up there

This is ODD!!!! This morning when I went to feed the tank.....I put the new one on feed mode....went to do the same with the other and it was on it already
I have not done any programming to these things either....I do not have time right now to mess with them...so any insight would be nice for later

Since they're both wireless they will communicate with each other for feed mode and whatever mode you put them in.
Here's the issue:
If they're working together but not synced (really anti-synced as nikeSB pointed out), then you will have them both pushing at the same time. You really want once pushing while the other is lower, etc. I don't know how to explain it better.

HAHA...I GOT IT..
The master is yellow mode....and now the slave in UNSYNCED and showing orange......as the master goes up....the slave is going down.....YAYYYYYY
For some reason I thought they had to be the same colors....LOL....OK LET me ask this.....tomorrow when I go to do feed mode....I still only have to hold the mode button 2 seconds....and it will not change any other settings (right)???

Yes, feed mode will not disrupt the settings.
I'm thinking of an MP10 for a smaller tank, but I need to get one in the larger tank with the two MP40's so I can run the Nutrient Export mode. So I need two MP10's, LOL.

LOL......the instructions were ok...just should have mentioned a little more details about the lights.....
I have a BUNCH of koralias left over...LOL....Some may be sold...I'mm keeping a evo 750 for a spare.....I was gonna use some in the 54 and 29G but they are too big...blew stuff ALL OVER, so I will stay with the K1's in the fronts of those tanks...UNTIL I get an MP10 for the 29g
