WELL apparently customer service is by e-mail
I called and left my phone # and e-mail address, and have been contacted via e-mail....sigh
He told me to run the PH wi th just the dry side to see if it made the noise...I did that....It did not (I already know it is the wet side) ANYWAY.....when I put the wet side back on it would not run at all
...after a little tapping....I got it to run....still can only run at a little over half speed....His last communication was asking me if I got any error codes (colors on the dial) NO, I have not
I am waiting for my next e-mail......I think I am just going to ask if they will send me a new wet side, and I will then send this one back and they can test it....
