Yeah, I took them out. I couldn't let them all die. But some of the snail def did not make it. Only a few of them. I am on the phone with the pet store, he is telling me to try a fish. I guess I will try a fish first? Maybe a chromis, like someone suggested. UUUGGHHHH I did do a water change, and I guess I am gonna be on my way to get a small fish. Any thing else I should know...
And nissan....Thanks, I love this little tank, got a decent price too... I am gonna get more live rock, I want the corners to be full but I just haven't done it yet. I am gonna buy some private that has lots of coraline... That way I can seed it.
speaking of- - I did have coraline, bright green and purple. But it is all white now... Does that mean anything?
Thanks guys

Oh and I scraped that stuff, it all came off together in one peice and it was a little slimey.. Cyano? I am running a brand new thing of chemipure. I did have algae and I did have detritus and diatoms but I put the chemipure in to get rid of it. But there is a little of the cyano growing.... What do we think? Thanks very very much.

Coraline will turn white then take off growing, so don't worry it will come back.

so I bought a maroon clown. I figured I don't want something living in there that I don't like looking at. I thought damsel but... no I have learned through other peoples mistakes with putting damsels in the tank. I am doing a little water change (the one I started last night) and I am then going to drip acclimate him and put him in with the lights off for a bit. What do we think?

That's okay, This tank will eventually be home to my baby dwarf lion. If this clown can hold his own, he can stay, if not, I suppose he will be dinner. It was him or a damsel and I have seen people saying that they can keep fuzzy dwarfs with alot of things. And I think I can get them to live together. The lion will def hold his own... I am not concerned about him. It's the other guy I am concerned about. The clown is pretty small. He will live here for a bit and grow and then by that time there will be some corals and things in there. I got some more rock, just for you Nissan.. Here is a picy! What do we think of the aqauscapping? It makes me think of the house in The Flintstones movie.

That movie was amazing... John Goodman was in it, Rosie O'donald, Elizabeth Taylor, Haley Barry, and that dude that steals on desperate housewives.... great cast!!! Such a good movie.
What do you think of the tank fiasco? We're pretty much building nanos together.

hey now....i'll call meowzer....she'll ground you or spank you or something...for being sassy.
UPDATE The maroon clown lived through the night!!! But he doesn't look to happy about it. He is hanging right in the very very very top corner on the right, about an inch from the water's surface... very strange. I don't think he likes that light. Do I have too much light in my tank? It seems that everything I put in there hates that light. I don't want it to be so intense that it makes everything want to stay on the sides, or die. What do you think?
And thanks flower. I am just now starting to get creative with the rock, with stacking and trying things out for more of a natural, curvy look, instead of the "hey look there is a rock in the tank of water".

Yeah, he was the only maroon, and he didn't have a buddy. They told me had bonded with his anemone but only for about 2 days. I felt bad taking him but I know that tank cannot support an anemone right now. I will get him one eventually though. I want him to come out and swim.
HAHA corners. That would explain why my two perc clowns are always in the corner on my 45!! haha I wonder what they would do in a round tank.
