LOL okay.... slow it down here. First off... Yes I am a she. My name is Rae. Ablan is my last name, L is middle initial. HAHA
It's all good... I don't mind. I did have a pic of my kiss face but some one, Jackri, I believe said "your avatar scares me. It looks like you are trying to kiss me and I am married." Then I changed it to a very very young FTS of my 45 gal. (current)
Fiasco- My clowns are sorta young. Got them at the LFS and I one that was already bigger and a small male. The male is very small, about an inch, but he is bulky round the middle. The female is a little over two inches. but not quite 2.5
Flower- LMAO I have 2 tanks. I got the nano because my boyfriend is one of those IT guy who spends relentless hours in our home office and never gets to see the other tank. I got him into saltwater... He thought fish were stupid, but now he wants a tank. THAT IS the murderous one. I still have not ruled that out but I bought a maroon clown baby which I have a pic of that I will post, and he is quite happy there and hasn't taken a turn yet. I believe it was you who said my water was just too young to support the corals and inverts. I think you were def. right. Thanks for that info, that really didn't occur to me. My other thought it, maybe the tank did have copper. We will let the fish do his thing, cycle the tank for ANOTHER month and then try again? If the invert won't live, I will test for copper. (probably before I put them in).
Nissan-Thanks for the compliments and I have some more pics coming.
IN REGARDS TO MY MANDARIN- I have had him for over 2 months and he is dandy. He is very small, only about the size of my pinky, maybe smaller. He has gotten alot bigger and fatter since I got him, and he seems very happy. He is colorful (the pics really don't do him justice, he just looks washed out) and he eats alot! I always see him on the hunt. There is one thing that is a little weird, I have noticed within the last few days. There is some white stringy thing on him. You know that little fin on their back they raise when they are alarmed? There is something what and stringy hanging from the end of it... It looks like snail slime with sand stuck in it or something. Any guesses as to what that is?
I also have 4 fish not 3, in my 45. I have 2 pers, 1 royal gramma, 1 mandarin, 1 fire shrimp, 2 pep. shrimp, 3 emeralds, variety of snails, and hermits. I also have two hitch hiker feather dusters. (one red, one brown). And 1 pencil urchin and 1 condy anemone.
LOTS AND LOTS OF TYPING!!!!!
go nissan! and i didnt know you were a she! you shouldve told me instead of calling you bro!
yea i saw lots of typing thats why i look for my name and read my part!
