Well My main pump took a dump today

I got home and made it to LFS I was told they had to send it off for warrintee...Its 3 months old

I will take that up with the owner later....
I went to my other LFS and bought a Mag12 they were out og 9.5's so I guess its a forced upgrade

Question for you all..... Was I beeing unreasonable to expect an replacement or at least a loaner pump till it could be warrinteed?

The 1st LFS guy had a Smart $#* comment about what to do till my pump came in thats a nother issue all together.

HMMM...NO...doesn't sound unreasonable to me to expect a loaner at least

I added a desk and shelf to the right side of the stand.

I have a Littlke Red Algae in my DT and a lot in My Fuge. Is It ok? Or what should I do With it? I change the water flow in my DT and that helped up there ..... Do I need a power head in my fuge?

You might want to increase the flow some....I wouldn't want to take a chance of it getting into the dt....I am not 100% sure that could happen...lol....but why chance it

I did a water change and "vacumed" out the slime it comes up easy

What is a good sand sifter for the fuge? I have several snails any other ideas?

I have nassarius and cerith snails, a couple of halloween hermits, and scarlet hermits, a monkey shrimp, and a pencil urchin in my sump

i have nassarius and cerith snails, 2 peppermint shrimp, 2 small brittle stars, and a long spine urchin. But lots of red everywhere

Good luck with it....I paid $75 for a beautiful one......it lasted a week
I think they are very sensitive (??) and it got sand on it

Well the corals are fine but...... my Midas Bleny has passed on

everyone else is fine guess it was his time

Got my doors made for the Stand

When it warms up a little I will stain them, also ordered the hardware

lot of stuff has come up latly, brother moved had to help. the holidays, been checking boards just not posting mutch. Ill take my spanking now

Yes I know I had a bad brakeout of red slime. Bout got it under control I neglected my filters in my RO/DI.

You have nice growth going on there...the elegance seems to be doing well too
