My 55 Gallon Thread

My LMB goes after the algae sheets but has a hard time with it. He spends a great deal of time on the glass and rocks getting algae. As far as types of algae I would say they dont care but someone may have better info on that.
On another note I got a fish today

OMg, so tonight I threw a little get together with some friends/familly. my bro's gf's kids were jumping all over theplace. appearantly, some of my rock work fell. I about peed my pants when I saw this. You can see inpictures below where itfell on the left side. I will def. fix it tomorrow once I am sober. LOL.

So, I woke up this morning and the first thing on my mind is my tank. I get more mad as I remember what I saw last night. I remember my brother was letting his gfs daughter sit on the stand. And I am pretty sure that's what did it.

I am afraid that I do not see any kids in this picture. Beer and adults are all that are apparent here. Im not saying Im just saying

You should be glad this happened now. At least you didnt have a bunch of little guys getting mashed in the slide. Now you can move the rocks around again

all right wise guy! LMAO. I am glad I have almost nothing in there. I would have been even more pissed if I had coral. I have a small emerald crab that likes to hang out in that spot. Hopefully he isn't crushed.
on another note, my clown is a little piggy. she ate 10 pellets last night. I put them in one at a time, and she takes off after them.

lol, yeah they feel pretty stable. But they felt stable before, so ehh. I guess we will see. There will be strict rules next time they come over.

All clowns are pigs. They eat anything and lots of it. They're fat and happy little fish.
Your crab is most likely fine, the are fast, strong and tough.

Thanks! I may just have to glue them together. Or, never let kids come over. Lol. I am sure the crab is fine. I haven't seen him in forever, but he is only an inch big and kinda matches the ugly brown/reddish algae in my tank.

Are you worried about the rocks falling again or if its to early to get the Zoas. You should just start getting corals and fish at this point. Of course add 1 or 2 and wait, check parameters and such and then add more. Its time to let go of the Money!

well....I was just worried about it being too early. BUT I went out and got some zoas and gsp!!!!!!!! I am soooo excited. I will post pics once they open up.
