Thanks! LOL, I know your feelings on Frawg Spawhan. I got the torch for $30. It's pretty large once open. The frogspawn was $20

I put them in their temporary homes. The torch seems to like it's home near the clown on the right side, started to stretch out a little. The frogspawn is taking a little bit longer, it's on the left side. Both in medium flow.


oh, and I had to take my zoas and gsp out of the tank and clean them off. I noticed some cyano growing on them. I took them out to clean it off. I didn't want it blowing off into my tank. I really pissed off the gsp, but the zoas are already opened up and happy again. The store I got them from must have cyano. It's nowhere else in my tank, just on those frags.

I have mine in medium to low flow. Its very happy. If you cant find a good spot send them to me and I will send you pictures of them each month. You can be a sponsor of this coral

Lol you're funny. I will just have to find it a spot. I guess it could still just be adjusting to my tank?

Yeah, my frawg spawhan took an afternoon and a night to fully extend. I would place them bout where I like em and see how they do over a couple days. If you dont think they are happy then move them. May just take some time. The torch for $30.00 sounds like a good deal and I paid $75.OO for my frawg spawhan.

holy cow? $75? That's crazy. I would have bought a frawg spawhan like yours but they only had the branching. But the branching looks amazing though. The dark green color of the tentancles is so pretty. You can't really tell from the pictures. It was pretty big at the store also, the F.spawn Hopefully in the morning I will wake up to fully extended coral.

Meant to tell you, went to LFS yesterday and looked at some very nice zoos. They were purple. Cant remember the name. Had about 10 to 15 polyps and he wanted $50.00 for it. I hated to but I left it there. He tried to find me something really close as I think even he was like crap thats a lot!

that's outrageous. the LFS that I have been frequenting was some super expensive zoas. Purple zoas would be a nice addition. I dont think I could have forked over $50 for zoas. UNLESS, it was a huge colony.

It will, the GSP, cover it pretty quick. The frog spawn seems to be happy.

um well today, water change. And I think I will let it sit a while before I add anything else. Except for my b&w clown. Instead of buying coral next week, I am buying an RO/DI unit so I don't have to keep going to my LFS. But I did see a frag of pom pom xenia for $10 that I may have to get.
But I am leary getting xenia, I don't want it to completely take over my tank. I just want a small clump of it.

Yup you have to farm that stuff. I wanted some but was afraid to have to manage it to much. I did get another long xenia that I hope doesnt get out of hand. I am watching it like a hawk.
Your gonna be happy you got the RODI. Make sure you dont short yourself on that one either. Go ahead and plan on getting the most you can afford and then add a couple bucks to that. You dont want to have to wait on water. Mine makes I think 150 a day. I really it. Got it from Air Water and Ice. Good set ups.
