Your gonna be happy you got the RODI. Make sure you dont short yourself on that one either. Go ahead and plan on getting the most you can afford and then add a couple bucks to that. You dont want to have to wait on water. Mine makes I think 150 a day. I really it. Got it from Air Water and Ice. Good set ups.
the one I want makes 75 gpd. I will look up air water and ice

They are filter feeders right? I think they are just filtering food out of the water. I love watching them.

Things are coming along nicely. I like your fish. In my tank all I have is a clown pair. It looks like your new corals are happy. With the colors your photo shows it also looks like your actinics are nice and strong, makes the colors pop. I like it. You'll be very pleased with the purchase of an RO/DI unit. I would like to have had the Spectra pure unit but I settled for the General Water unit. So far I am very happy with it. I purchased a digital in line TDS meter for it. I have had straight zero's on the output since day one. I do hate the waste of an RO/Di unit but, what'cha gonna do?

Hey look who dropped in! My tank is coming along nice too. Does SWF have a Human Resource department that I can file a sexual discrimination complaint with? I mean I cant get a post on my blog, or a compliment from my friends, nooooooooooo its all about Jess this and Jess that.

The waste from the RODI can be sent to a storage container if you like. Then go wash your cat or dog with it or even your car and plants yadda yadda yadda.
BTW I think your frog spawn looks better than Jimmy's. Just sayin. Dont tell him though.

Thanks. My fish has the funniest character. I am hoping to get a frient for her soon. I love my actinic bulbs. The colors are so amazing with these bulbs. It's the blue wave bulb from Wave Point. I love my light fixture from them. They are soon coming out with an all LED fixture. Should be interesting. I have till friday to pick out an RO/DI. I will look up Spectra Pure also.

Wash your cat? Do you have a cat that you have successfully washed? I would not even attempt it if I had a cat.
LOL, you think mine is prettier than his "octo" frogspawn?

havent posted in a while.. your tank is def coming along really nicely. I put in my first corals this week. I have some blue spotted mushrooms and two different types of zoas. I think im going to get some xenia and gsp this week too.. Ill post some pictures. your frogspawns are beautiful, it makes me want some.

Thanks! I was wondering where you have been. That's awesome you put in some coral! I love zoas, they are so cool. I saw some yellow spotted shrooms that I really want, but shipping was like $45. So, no thanks. I love my frogspawn. I love its short stubby "arms"

I made a video, it's kinda cheesey since I only have like 4 things to look at in my tank. but, whatever. Excuse my cheap crappy camera. I had to use it since it has a video function. the colors are way off, and my water is not yellow or cloudy.

Nice vid Jess isnt cheesy- the GSP are looking good along with your torch..... And yes we have the same frogspawn I paid 55 for mine so you really got a great deal on yours. Congrats and your clown has a nice camera hogging personality lol she knew you were filming and was showing off lol.(corny I know but I dont care)

Ehh is ok have to consider these factors in thouhg is why I paid more:
1) Is NY and everything is taxed higher by the state and is just as a whole expensive to live here as well as to have hobbies.
2)I'm an ugly fat guy AND the most important one here
3) you are a pretty woman and the person at the fish store was probably all googly eyed over you and thought he was pricing a single head of zoas for you!!! LMAO

So, I have some blue LED lights from christmas just laying around. I turned them on just to see what my tank will look with moonlights and I cannot wait to buy some! Looks awesome. These are crap photos but I wanted to share them

Your gonna love your tank even more when you get your moonlights. My frog spawn looks alien when they are on. Its also cool to watch the critters come out and play.
