Nice. Yeah i need to get some more astreas. I only have 3 at the moment. I keep buying snails but the lfs keeps selling me snails that arent astrea when thats what i ask for. I got one yesterday that was in a shell like an astrea but on the bottom of the snail part the outside of the meaty tissue looks green and parts purple. Dunno what type of snail this is but its a wierd one. I also am having no problems with the urchin. It seems to be the only thing in there that doesnt knock over any corals but he is starting to get too big for this nano so i think i will take him and try to trade him into the lfs. Thanks for replying. I just bought a Koralia Nano PH but it seem to be too much current in there and it seemed the fish were having problems swimming. Do you think this would effect their swimming or would they just get used to it ? Thanks

It is a judgement call on the PH. Can you set up a restricter of some sort? Nice RIC rock, how much was that?

How would i setup a restrictor ? The ric rock was only um. i think 28 or 38 dollars. I think it has about 9 heads on it now. Did have only 6 or 7 but now about 8 or 9 i think. Glad that someone is noticing my tank :) I appreciate the comments. Do you have a thread setup btw ?

Can an Orchid Dottyback and a Yashia White Ray Shrimp Goby pair up ? I mean because i am pretty positive mine have. I mean i dont think they will mate or is that possible with two different types of fish ? I see them together in every part of my tank. Now they are hanging out by the side of the tank together and i seen the goby actually chew up a pellet and then spit it out in front of the dottyback. Dunno if it was trying to feed it or if it just was done with the pellet. LOL. Someone let me know something if you know.

Ok so here is a new FTS. I would have more but i need some new batteries and a new camera so. But my fighting Conch i purchased a week and a half ago or so has taken care of the algae on my sandbed tremendously. There is hardly an untouched spot on the sandbed he hasnt cleaned. My urchin is getting way too big i think. And also can anyone tell me what those white spots on the back of my tank are ? They are in a wierd circle shape. Thanks if you can help. But i have them all over this tank and my 10 gallon all over the glass on it.

Do you have a protein skimmer for your tank, because I can't seem to find one that fits my aqua pod.

No i don't have a protein skimmer for my aquapod. I do weekly water changes of about 20%. Well here is a photo of my sun coral and fts i took this morning. Lights were off so not everything open in this pic.

Nice sun coral, i read they are very light sensitive it has to be one of the coolest corals by far i def want to purchase one, they have to be hand fed how cool is that!!

im goin to start a 28 gallon jbj tank soon, what kind of light do u have for it? i love ur purple fish thats my favorite fish too and i will have it in my reef tank, im just wondering how aggressive it is towards little inverts say pom pom crab or sexy shrimp? love the tank=P

Coral Keeper, I have no idea what type of urchin that is. Black Long Spine Urchin ? It just came as a hitchhiker on LR. it was the size of a dime and came out of a hole in the LR and lived on that rock until it was big enough to crawl off and now it just goes all over my tank. Never knocks any coral over or anything. And what does it eat ? I dunno. Algae ?
Halo Stalker , I dont know if it would be agressive to tiny inverts like those but it doesnt bother my Fire shrimp or cleaner shrimp, Now when my Yashia goby pokes its head out of burrow it goes after it contstantly but i think they both are just fine together. The goby just runs back into burrow with pistol shrimp and the orchid goes back to its business. And i have basic lights that came with tank. 32W X2 so i guess 64 watts of lighting.
jUST got a new rock of 10 different zoos on it with about 50 polyps. Ill post pics soon. I get new camera next week maybe.
