nwdy.... There are a lot of us here that are more than willing to help you with your questions you just need to give us some time. You will not only get a faster response but more responses as well. Just my 2 cents... To answer your questions tank raised clowns seem to be hardier so people tend to like them more. Yes a lot of people here have ordered from the site you mentioned and IMO their quality is good. Hermits are a great part of your clean up crew and keep your sand bed healthy and your LR clean of all types of algea and small particulates. They are not necessary as snails can accomplish the same but just another choice. You do need a clean up crew as part of a reef system they are an important part of your tanks filtration and cycle.
