My New 10 Gal Reef!

Well, I've decided not to frag my bubble coral. I want it to get bigger and maybe I will move it to the 90 after a while. For now I'm starting to dose calcium. I was told to use Mrs. Wages Pickling Lime. So, I've mixed up 1 tsp per gallon and I am now dripping it in both my tanks. I'm curious to see what kind of difference this will make with my corals. I also bought some garlic at the store and have started soaking all my fish food in it.
Also, my new peppermint shrimps that i got to take care of a little aptasia decided to snack on my candy cane coral. so that has been removed and put in the 90 to heal. I've learned to keep those little

well fed or else they will munch on your livestock.
I was asked to update this thread with pics, so here ya go! Sorry the tank is a little dirty today. Tomorow is maintenence day. Enjoy!

Very nice! Sorry for bugging you for the update, but I love to hear about the tank.
The bubble is getting so big! As is the Kenya Tree (right?) Have you noticed any new heads on the shrooms or zoos yet? Is that a button polyp or zoa on the bottom-right of the last pic? Its blue. Im going to feel realy stupid if it turns out to be the aiptasia you are talking about, but I never hear of it being blue %%.

Ill fight you for it. (even though..it would be very unethical as you are of the female persuasion and I am not. Also I dont have a tank up yet.
)
If anyone were to take it, Id be glad for it to be in such knowing hands as yours, meowzer.

you guys are so silly!
No, my mushrooms havn't been reproducing like I wish they would, but my zoas are sprouting new polyps! Those blue ones are some kind of zoa. I'm not sure what kind, but it was a freebee from a fellow reefer here in town. that one now has three polyps when it started with just one!
my kenya trees are getting really big, really fast! One of the "branches" has bent all the way down to the floor and looks like it's about to sepparate from the rest of the tree. I'm worried that it's trying to frag itself (i've heard they like to do that).

Thanks guys!
Nissan, I've done alot of research on this and asked alot of local people that propagate corals all the time about it. What i've found out is that you use a dremmil tool to cut through the skeleton as far as you can then wedge something in side to keep it spread apart. You put it back in the tank and it should separate the fleshy parts by itself. then you have your frags!
This is why I dont wanna do it. This is the only coral I actually invested any money in! I paid $40 for it! The rest of them were $5 or free! I dont mind experimenting with those!
