Well, keeping it off still! I said that it would take awhile. I am still keeping on my diet, and excersizing a bit, but not as much as I probably need to.

Yeah I'm curious as well.. If your working out and building muscle just remember muscle weighs more than fat and don't get discouraged -- if your wife can tell in your figure you're doing something right.
We're all on your bandwagon rooting for you :)

lol, thanks everyone.
I'm staying at the same weight, and my wife can tell some sort of definition on my body, so I guess I am doing something right.
I am keeping my diet up pretty well, but not doing as much excersize as I can. I am probably going to start excersizing a lot more in the next few weeks.

you ever hear of taking apple cidar vinegar shots? its one of the healthiest things a person can take and they say it helps with weight loss. fill a shot glass with 2 teaspoons of apple cidar vinegar, 2 teaspoons of honey and the rest water. i take one 2-3 times a day just because of everything it does for your body. here are a couple articles. if you try it get Bragg apple cidar vinegar. its unfiltered and much better than the other stuff.
