the problem with leds is that they initially shock the coral, especially zoas. but once theyre settled in, they grow in just fine

Yea, 2 polyp frag, waiting for it acclimate and take off. I really like the local deals, but you have corals i can't get here, gobstoppers, rastas, etc. Do you have campfires?

Okay, i need gobstoppers, rastas, blue hornets, and campfires =Dit'ss so wierd, under my LEDs the zoos shrink, so much light, so I put inder 250w halide and they get large again.

Me too for LEDs, They didn't really grow under 18w PCs that come stock with my pico, Switched to LEDs and everything is growing crazy fast, until last week when I started messing with the LEDs and found myself in a dilema. so they went without light for a week, well they got sunlight for about 1 1/2 hrs a day. I wish i had a controller for it, so I can have the cool whites on when I'm gone, then do a mix when I'm there. The CW to promote fast growth, and the blue to promote good color.
