I would ditch both chromis, they can get nasty. Stick with a pair of clowns, a sixline, and the bicolor
As for hermits they are worthless in my opinion for doing anything useful. All they seem to do is knock stuff over and eat your snails(which actually do something useful.) If I were you I would just wait for the snails and not get any hermits. Of course you could get a fire shrimp or a skunk cleaner shrimp, but they may be a little iffy with the sixline. I have a sixline and have wanted a fire shrimp, but am nervous about my sixline having a $25 dinner

So if you were goin to stock a 24g cube, what all would u add for the CUC?

Nissan-that sux, I want one so bad but there is no way I am getting rid of my sixline, he is my boy!
Nano-Newb1983-I would get 15 nassarius, 5 cerith and 2 turbo snails. Oh yeah and a fighting conch because Blazin swears by them, and his sand is spotless

i know my sixline is my boy as well but man it hurt so much when that happened! i felt like crying. what a beautiful shrimp it was. and im glad he doesnt bother my pep shrimp

Sounds good man. I would say give the shrimp a month or two as they really need stable parameters. I think you will be good to go with that list of snails. If not you can always get more

yeah i figures a month would be good for the shrimp. Now just gotta wait a few days until the LFS has a new stock of snails in

Does your chaeto have pods in it? Just wondering because when I got my wad of chaeto there were a ton of pods
Now they are everywhere in my fuge.

yeah, i saw a some the other day back there. Will check again in a bit when i check my parameters

can you talk a little bit about your chaeto, where you have it placed, is it in a plastic cup and what type of light did you tie above it? thanks dude

I got the chaeto in a cup, with a few small pieces of live rock. The light is a Little Led light i got at petsmart
