Looks good. Are the boxes going to sit on a stand in the water? I like the tile touch to it.
Thanks
the boxes stay in the water. this way you can just walk up to the reef and move them around all you want to see whatever part fo the reef you want to.

So they float? Won't they tip over or run into a coral or something?
no they wont tip the are water tight and float. think of it like a glass bottom boat. lots of surface area like a flats boat so they only sink into the water about a 1/4 inch. they will not hit any corals.

Crazy week so far...you probably want to sand down the edges of those boxes to keep from cutting a hole in the liner.

The build is looking awesome. if it were me I don't know if I'd be able to keep my hands out of that tank :)
i want to put my whole body in the tank. not just my hands lol.
the other day when i was doing the tile i had to get into the tank to reach the back. i was joking with my wife that she should go put her suit on and join me. i dont have the chiller or air running in there yet so it was nice and warm lol.

How are water changes going to be done? The power station is awesome.

THANKS.
The water changes are done buy a pipe that i ran into our gutter system that run out to the street gutters. all i do is turn a gate valve and empty as much water as i want. the new water is kept in 55 gallon ruber maids in which i plumbed in an external mixing pump. it is gravity fed into the tank when i open the gate valves
