sorry bout that. i thought of getting a trigger or a puffer but it's a gamble. i'm thinking of getting some of these

Cool looking Wrasse. Wish I could keep one in my tank but He would be competeing with my 2 manderin gobys for pods.

true, i aint got enough pods to support either right now. but when i do thats going to be a hard choice to pic from. the wrasse can be fed other prepared foods easily versus the manderin, so competition might not be too bad.

it looks massive. whats the tank temp compared to the house temp?

house temp 95. Tank temp 78. Part of the house temp being so high is caused by the hot air the chiller spews out. I have to air out the house each day to reduce humidity from the evap.

i forgot you had a chiller. 95 in the house, how do you stand that, anything over 77 and i'm dropping the a/c

Trust me, I crank the A.C. up. But if im not home I leave it off and let the chlller do the work.

LOL. I went out and picked up a refractometer today. Dont know How I got this far without one. I guess just luck because I have always had coral growth and fish never died in my tanks for over 8 years now. Next up is a calcium monitor.

yea i went the first year without one but learned quickly how much i needed it. i like the new avatar, you made it or had it made?
