Status update. Both lower cabinets, upper bookshelves, cabinet doors, shelves, access panel, and most of the canopy have their first coat on. Fun to do with two cats yowling for food around your feet.

Got to get some steel wool tomorrow and buff everything up for coat #2.
Besides the access panel, I haven't even touched the actual stand section yet. I don't want to make too much of a mess, and the other pieces are taking up most of the porch. So I'm going to get these sections 100% done (including polyurethane) before I commit to moving the tank and fussing around with the middle part.
