I would be willing to put a large amount of money up that you wont find McCain people who knew all the negatives on Obama and none on McCain. If you watch the video it isn't about someone not knowing details, it's which details they were familiar with.
They knew about Palins pregnant teenager and the bogus report about 150 grand for clothes but had no idea about how Obama threw his rivals off the ballot to win his first election or even who bill Ayers was.
That was the whole point of the video, how the media swayed opinions. These people knew all the negatives whether true or false about the Republican ticket yet knew nothing of those on the democrat ticket.
Zogby has an accompanying poll that supports the conclusions.

I'm starting to feel smarter...
Obama surrounding himself with Clinton hacks. I think I said something like Obama is a repackaged liberalism. There is no change. Just more of the same.

It is pretty funny watching the whole thing shake while they are killing the turkey...

Hello my friend...
I see you are still tying to educate those that are lost in the Nobama zone of science fiction.
many are simply politically ignorant to facts...still hung up in the Mr Hope and Change mantra.
I see the inexpereinced president elect is bringing it yet more of those typical politicians he claimed not to be. Not the change I heard him chanting as a candidate.
He will anger his far left buddies...and the haters that hang on that side of the spectrum will turn on the "chosen one" should he not deliver the cut-run-surrender, redistirbution of wealth/socialism, universal/socialized medicine, etc, etc, etc.
Keep up the good work and be safe.
Thanks...
I try, but not as much free time at the moment. I was moved to a different job position that has me working some crazy hours; and the internet in my room has decided to rely on passenger pigeons this week.
The Democratic campaign was brilliant; Pick a minority politician, with little public recognition, and have him run on the issue of "change" for 6 months without explaining what "change" means.
We've seen it on these forums. People took the blank canvas of "change" and morphed Senator Obama into their candidate... We have seen his supporters around here claim he is for a stronger military, is pro life, is pro guns, and won't touch private health care, the list goes on....
People made him into what they want and refused to dig under the glimmer and smiles to see what is really there.

And in totally unrelated news, the majority of elected officials are Democrats....

I'm doing the country a favor by following what I beleive is best for the country.
Do YOURSELF a favor..and encouage ALL to do the same..to voice their opinions when they disagree...and voice support when they agree on issues...it's really THAT simple a concept..which may be above the congnitve skill of some.
many of us simply refuse to visit the Kool AId stand on positions we believe are harmful to the country.
So...it is your position if we do not support NObama on ALL issues we should leave? We no longer have a right to voice an opinion contrary to Oz? That we are no longer welcome in this counrty as Amreicans becuase we might have a different view?
Sorta sums up how the guy got elected if that is the typical mind set of the "flock".
Many of us disagree with most if not all of Nobama's stated postions. So..taking your position of "proving otherwise" he already has with his platform and the direction he wants to take the country.
Man, did you wake up from some Rip Van Winkle sleep to come here an rip off so many comments in a row? Based on your responses in this thread, it's quite apparent you have no desire to support our newly-elected president in any form or fashion. I especially like your anti-Democratic spin on his name everytime you mention it (NObama). You have your opinions and rights to dismiss OBAMA any way you see fit. But it's sad you use a juvenile mentality to get your point across.

So his view juvenile, yet you won't support the current president because his views on Iraq and other things are different than yours. That is ok for you, but not us. Please explain.

If I was the minority, I'd agree with you. Guess Bush's 20% approval rating supports that theory. The difference is Obama isn't even in office yet, and him and you other 'Nobama' haters are crucifying the guy. But then, if it were any Democrat that was in office, you wouldn't support them. I on the other hand am not that narrow-minded. If McCain would have won, I'd have taken the wait-and-see approach. You guys need to pack up and move to AussieLand with journey. I'm sure you'll be happy there knowing you won't be dictated to by our Socialist leader. Besides, Dubya has had 8 years to prove he's an idiot.

Do I need to go back and pull up all your demeaning comments towards McCain and especially Sarah Palin??
Shut up and wake up dude. We all see and read the comments you lay forth and you continue to try to portray this facade where you denounce name calling. But in fact, it is your main course of trying to get some illogical point across.

Hey I was one of the first to say I was going to hope for the best and plan for the worst. Sorry if there isn't anything in Omana's record to give us much hope.
As far as Bushes approval rating what do you expect the way the media has worked against him? When the economy was humming you never heard jack about it, everything was the war. Then once the war started going right suddenly it dropped off the media's play list and they made the economy their prime time hit once it finally started to slow.

So if you are in the minority, you should shut up and just support what ever, as your side is the minority and deserves to not be allowed freedom of speech. So much for equality and constitutional rights. I guess since homosexuals are in the minority they have to just shut up and support a congressional amendment to ban gay marriage then, they are after all the minority and should not voice disapproval of such an act. Do you realize how asinine your rebuttal is?
