I have the worst freakin luck....I ordered the Derasa....should have come today....well my plane had engine trouble
therefore it is in Memphis TN....I should get it tomorrow....I have a bad feeling, BUT I already spoke to SWF, and after I receive it.....I will follow proper procedure, and receive a new one,.....when they come back in stock

I also ordered pink zoas, yellow polyps, a canary blennie, nassarius snails
we shall see

ahh, that stinks! At least the plain isn't stuck in NY, it's 34 degrees outside right now.

WELL...I just got the order.....my canary blennie is kinda on its side :( I don;t usualyy leave work for another hour, but I'm going to leave in 15 minutes so I can get this little guy in a warm tank and start acclimating it.
Can't tell about the derasa clam of course....it's in a black bag as is the yellow polyps....the pink polyps bag is almost empty of water...yikes...must have leaked....I will get them home asap...g2g close some things up so I can get outta here.....
wish me and the little fellas luck....updates later tonight
BTW...it's 36 here today

Good luck. I had a fish doing that once and I was worried about lack of oxygen and ammonia and I panicked and just threw him in the tank, no acclimation. Would you know, he's still alive.

SIGHHHHH...does not look good for the canary blennie or the clam
still acclimating though, but the clams mantle seems to be seperated from the shell....I am going to finish acclimating, and will see how it goes :(
The yellow polyps look like they are trying to open already...the pink, not yet, but remember they had to come right out...they had only a teaspoon (atmost) of water

P.S. the yellow polyps I bought said 20+ polyps...So far I count about 40
the pink say 10 polyps...and I see close to 20

too bad about the blenny and the clam. Maybe with some care they will make it?
Corals look nice. I can tell you this, and as I am new to the saltwater bizz, I have only ordered once from SWF but it was at minimum what they said if not more. I like that. Packed good and came when it was suppose to.
Do me a favor and post anytime you are ordering, may keep me from getting any delays in my shipping seeing how you have all that bad luck and all..

Sun polyps and zoas will be okay by the looks of it. Don't know what you are talking about on the rock with the zoas that you don't know what they are. Where is the picture of the clam and blenny?

I had already talked to them yesterday when I found out the plane had engine trouble...
Of course I had to wait for the order to arrive, and YES...I have now filed the claim
because it was a shipping error, they will just do a re-ship that is when they get more Derasa clams in...maybe next week....but now we must worry about Christmas

LOL...I ordered PINK...those things are NOT the same as the "unopen" pink ones....AS YOU SAID....we shall see...as soon as they open I'll get a pic
I hope they are not ugly

My yellow ones have opened even more
