Canary blenny = fang blenny = has teeth = has mild venom = watch where it is when your hands are in the tank. Nice fish, had one for a while ended up trading it in for something different.

"This blenny needs a minimum tank of 30 gallons with live rock for hunting and grazing in order to thrive. It is best to keep only one per tank unless a breeding pair is maintained. If attacked by other fish, the Canary Blenny will retaliate by biting the inside of the mouth of the attacker. The Canary Blenny is considered venomous and should be kept only with caution around children having tank access since it may perceive fingers as an attacker and deliver a similarly painful bite. "
Don't worry too much, kind of like having a Foxface in the tank. Just be aware of where it is. Mine would not even come near my hand but just be aware.

Don't worry too much, kind of like having a Foxface in the tank. Just be aware of where it is. Mine would not even come near my hand but just be aware.
Thanks.....That's all I need...killer damsels in the 225 and a venomous fish in the 29

very nice. the clam looks good. i never acclimate my clams or corals just to let u know. is the derasa under mh? good luck with this one!

It's in the 29G under T5HO
think that will be okay????
You NEVER acclimate clams or corals.....hmmmm...and appartently that works for you.....wow
