fish is more important when acclimating. most of our tanks sg r within range 1.022-1.026. light acclimating is the only thing i can think of for corals. but then again, most sps came from mh, and i hv t5, so there isnt a need.

Everything looks great! I can't believe how good the clam looks right after shipping! Good luck with them :)
I've heard that you don't need to acclimate corals, just get float them for temperature acclimation and then drop them in. I still do a complete acclimation, I'm scared, lol. I must admit, I have just dropped them in after temperatures are equal and haven't noticed any problems.

Very nice mom! That clam is really cool! When my cichlids die im going to turn the 20 into a SW tank also.. with MH
