OT: getting to know the people behind the posts

but if i save the animated gif to my hd, and then try to post it it only shows up as a single frame????? any ideas?

drag the *.gif into internet explorer, if you did save it right , it will be animated in IE... :)

so seriously now. ok sothy, if i right click on the animated gif and click save as. even though its a single frame, it should be animated in IE correct?

Jon, make sure you are saving it a a gif and not a bmp. If it saves as a .bmp then it will only be a single frame. You should then be open to click on it and open it in a new window as an animated image. Then just upload it :) HTH

what do you mean single frame ? if its animated it needs to be more that one frame ;) .... but ya drag it in IE, i dont think windows explorer shows animated gif's as animated in thumbnail view..

ok guys, one other quick question. i found an animated avatar i like, but it is 60 by 60 pixels. i tried to resize it in adobe photodelux 2.0 but i cant resave the file as a gif. any ideas?

I noticed.
Something I've learned over the years is there's very little that will divert "boys' " attention away from girls.....but cars are one of those things. When they're done talking about their cars, they'll get back to you.... :D :D

jim672, you could not be more right. There are only a select few girls who can appreciate a good looking car. The rest could care less. I am all for Kathy posting pics up, and YES we all noticed, you sound hot, but we need pictures. Go get them developed!!
Someone, just post pics! :) I think DVS needs to post more of her and maybe some friends......
