I was in dallas from yesterday (thurs) till about a hour ago.
I did go to a cool reptile wholesaler earlier with a friend of mine, definitely some cool stuff there, but nothing that I personally just had to buy.
got that light arm basically done, gotta add the velcro straps for the power cord and snip the excess steel cable, touch up the paint and I'm done with it.

$125 tank and stand
$100 light/bulb/ballast
$50 pvc plumbing+pvc cutter
$80 for glass-holes overflow&return kit
$35 for electrical tape (just in case), masking tape(painting), krylon black, 26watt CFL, 2 8inch clamp lamps
$40 (2x$20) for getting my tank drilled
$75 for yellow assessor basslet (current chilling in my 20long)
$30 for coco worm (current chilling in my 20long)
$145 for lighting supplies, new drill(loaned out my last one and it disappeared with someone that left the state wth!?!?!), bender, handsaw.
-$40 for conduit bender return LOL...
Total=$640 LOL..and counting

just how many tanks do you have total jr? lol and how many do you wanna end up having? LOL and i imagine you'd be a good candidate for the ultimate space saver habitat im designing for the local reptile sanctuary

I love frogs.. I don't have any desire to keep monitors in an apartment.
If I was going to get a monitor I would skip the nonsense stuff and just get me a croc monitor.

ahhhhh yeah, in an apartment that might be bad LOL never heard of a croc monitor, how cool are they? how big do they get? this guy is supposed to max out at 6', so he's pretty good sized when full grown.
