Your tank is looking really good. I'm having shrimp problems as well, except my peppermint shrimp has aquired a taste for snail. I have seen he come out and grab 3 snails that were cruising the sand or eating and flip them over and start chowing down.

Shrimp are very susceptible to shock from acclimation. Are they dying fairly quickly and how are you acclimating them? Also looks like the tank was set up around the 28th of December so not up a month yet even. I would wonder since you used the sand from the 150 if you have stirred up some nastiness in the sand and have created a small ammonia - nitrite - nitrate spike. Shrimp are very sensitive creatures.

I always stirred my sand in my 150 50% every week, and it was stirred before i put it in the new tank....no nitrite, nitrate, phos or ammonia at all, and i still have 1 sexy shrimp?
the pistol shrimp may not have acclimated well same with the cleaner they were good for the first day then i didnt see them again....the other sexy shrimp was good for about 3 days and then he dissapeared....and then the watchman goby was good for 5-7 days and then no more??
I watched the tank with my red flashlight for about an hour last night,,, nothing....a few smallllll bristleworms, but nothing to be worried about,,,
checked my overflow and all nothing.....

Yup, well still a relatively new set up so to speak. If there were any spikes at all you may have missed them but who knows at this point. I would let it sit for a while without any new additions just to let it mellow a bit.
The lighting will certainly be sufficient for LPS in this tank.

the second picture in the group is just the leds, i have 2 white and 2 blue,, thats why i think if you got all 4 blue or just the set of 2 blue they would work good for moonlights...
