yea thanks for the conolonces. i am not sure what killed him. i know there wasnt sand in there for him to eat, but he ate food i offered to the tank. possibly it was stress, the mag 5 knocks around the PVC and filter pad i placed on there, i always hear tumbling and the GSM stays in one corner and the blenny stays in the other. not sure of the best remedy - i will post up a pic of the set up. tonight

in other tank related news, i noticed today that my capricornis is doing great!
it has grown a good 1/2" since entering the tank when i got my new lights, and in this shot, one ledge is encrusting onto a rock! WOOOT

my new purple shrooms are makin' babies - bow chicka bow WOWOW!

cerith snail eggs (im pretty sure)

and the discovery of Paly - eating Bristle worms
i will be starting a thread about these guys in the reef forum.

I have something similar in my tank that looks like your cerith snail eggs. I was wondering what they were, so I guess we'll see. Do you know how long they take to hatch?

they wont hatch, they will be invert or fish food very quickly.
