My Realtor goes out of town tomorrow until Tuesday.
She'll call tonight. Last time she went out of town I received an email after 1am. She won't leave me hanging.

Well that's good of her......I guess.....apparently it's not her that's holding this up.....does she have an associate just in case???

WTH.....thiis is STILL going??? ack!! so uncalled for. I guess it wasn't completely shot down. I went to a great mexican place with 3 couples and shared some good food and 3 pitchers of margs!!! So yummy! If you were here you could have joined us

WTH??? I didn't think they could. I figured when they entered into a contract with the realtor the realtor agrees to complete all contracts. They can't just let them lay around un addressed. Your agent said it was void or did she not get back to them because she was going out of town.

I actually came in here to see what was going on since I keep seeing this post getting back to the top. Sorry to see you having so much trouble. When I moved in my current house, it was the only house I looked at and they took my offer. I put my house on the market and sold it in 4 hours. Talking about a crazy market at that time. Now there are houses in my neighborhood that have been up for sale for 2 years!! I guess I am not going anywhere anytime soon.

No, it's void because there was a time limit... after that is it void. We said 5pm. Their Realtor called us at whatever time to extend it to 6-7. Any time after that breaks the contract. As a Realtor is was a bad bad business move.
Of course, my Realtor is pissed. She's gonna call him this morning. She sent emails to him last night around 9:30 and he didn't answer back. We knew she was leaving at this time but forgot, her mom passed away just before we hooked up and needs to go settle her estate out east.
There's no other houses to look at right now..... and quite frankly I'm not in the mood.

Ya, that why I cried between 2-3 am this morning. Best Buy is gonna have a hard looking customer this morning.
Whoever said Buyer's Market has NO idea what they are talking about.
