Maybe all of this is the little doggie angel watching out for her.... this house had no carpet and it's a BIG concern that she would slip and fall.

I'm now not on the real estate page, but am on the rental page. We only have a little time left on this house. I need to secure somewhere to live.
Looking to rent a house? We're leasing currently. A year lease on a home worth about $250,000 is in the $1500/mo. range here. What's it like out there?

Rent for a 3 bedroom is between 2000-3000.
I won't move into an apartment... it has to be a house.
Oh look... there's the house I'm trying to buy up for rent..... 2600.

This is a house the owners were renting out. Their tenants left so they were looking to sell. It's an old listing.

That's normal rent.
My house is a wreck. I have plastic containers blocking off all the entrance ways to the rooms with the slate flooring. Greg had to call me when he pulled up after work so I could pin her down.... she goes nuts when daddy comes home.

Sorry about your dog baby. It is like loosing a family member. She will let you know when it is time.

We don't figure it will be the leisurely decline... she's just gonna go down and not get back up... then it's time.

yes!! My sis in law doesn't have kids, her kids always have been, always will be dogs. Generally 3 at a time. She has always said this. When daddy comes home and she can't go see him, that will be her cue.

ugh!! I wish things were better for you right now!!

I bet a third of that rent payment is property taxes easy. I know the non prop 13 taxes on the little dump I have in Santa Ana are almost 7K. Just aint cheap to live out there, that's why they get the big bucks.
