seriously, what the heck are they waiting for. No good is good news........right?
UGH!
do you guys have chipmunks? They drive me crazy. Between the rabbits and squirrels and now the chipmunk population seems to have exploded. One got in the neighbors house last summer. She said it was like the scene in Christmas Vacation...everyone was running around and the dog was going nuts.

No chipmunks. I had hummingbirds in Texas that drove me nuts at times. Sometimes when there were too many males, the sound of them fighting would drive me crazy when I was sleeping. Then when I would go gather the feeders to wash and refill, they would chase me and try to get inside. You know that sound when a bee flies around your head... that's what it would sound like. They would get caught up in my hair and everything. As cute as they are.... they are not a nice bird. But I love them anyways.
I wonder what they are doing.... I'm physically nervous now.....

No, you could hear them fighting... it was like a high pitched tick tick tick tick... nothing that reminded you of a bird song.
I could hear the buzz of their wings as they flew through my hair when I was trying to clean their feeders.

DOOD! Have you witnessed those swarms of blackbirds yet? OMG! I lived in their migratory path and it was crazy. You would gag leaving the house because of all the bird poop stench. And the noise!.

Those don't come till later in the summer. They used to congregate outside of krogers. And literally the parkinglot was while with bird poop. I've got a fig tree in my backyard. And they'll be coming to visit I'm sure. Not sure how I'll combat them this year. But I'll figure out something.

I think we started to use netting on the trees. It was damaging car paint.

We have all of the above mentioned critters, except, no swarms of birds.
We do have a problem at work. A few years ago, we had a pair of Martins
nest in our shop rafters. They have multiplied every year and now it's very
Alfred Hitchcock around there.
I guess its good in a way cuz it makes us get out the door and on the road as
Quick as possible for fear of getting doodied on. Lol

I guess one thing they could be looking into is the cost of a new fence.

well they shoulda figured that out in the first place before sale. UGH!!! Im nervous for you!!
Hummingbirds are the best. We have a bunch. They tap on my window when they are here and the feeder isn't out yet. They came late this year because of the cold/rain. They are a busy bunch, very fun to watch.
