Ok like I said I like suggestions: Reason I had not done that was because I had my returns on both sides (as you can see on the pix), so I needed flow in the middle of the tank. Now that I got new Korallia 550's I could move the others. So here is some pix of my movement.
So I took your advice (even though I had planned on doing it when I got more korallia's), I had just forgotten I wanted to do it.
Bare spots on the back wall now...lol

I had eggcrate, he got through it. I hate the look of the egg crate, and since he gets throw it anyways, I just gave up.

Glass's pores aren't as big! At least you tried something.... I do nothing...  and hope for the best. I want a "net" but haven't come up with a good solution yet.
Well my midas tried bailing ship righ in front of me 2 min ago. Silly fish. I scared him cleaning the glass with a big blue fish eater, or better know as rag.
looks better imo.....now not so cluster *&^%$%! lol veeerrrrrryyyy niiicccceee!
My day is complete I have u aproval lol glad u reminded me to make the changes!

Well I figured out what was wrong..... I took salinity for ganted..... it was 22..... so that is why the slowed growth. I will be bringing it up over the next week to 25.
My newest horror story: Came home last night and the 55 had a haze on it. I couldn't turn on the light because its in my son's room. Got a flashlight and looked around and found a travel sized hair spray on the ground next to the tank. One of my children had emptied it on the outside of the tank.... about 1/16 of inch thick on front!!!! That was a fun 1am clean up!!!!!! I am glad they didn't open the sump. That would of been bad.......

Oh my!!!
I've found that SPS grows faster in smaller tanks for me as well. It mist be a nutrient thing as well.

You are probably right there. All my levels were spot on, when I tested the 24 as opposed to the 55.... which were all low. I hate testing, but looks like I will need to purchase a big test kit to be able to do it my self......... sigh........

midas blenny look really nice! I'm going to research about it now.
What do YOU feed it? If you feed pellets as well as others then which one do you feed? I have trained all my fish to eat that as well as others but this is important to me in case I live town for couple of days they will eat something.
Your rock work is really nice as well and i like the different colors of your coral decorations.
Like your set up alot!

I love my midas, he rocks! He has tons of personality! Also you get an eel feeling with out all the problems of having one, but they can be little beasts at times......

thanks buddy. I think I'm going to pick him up when I come back in town. (hopefully tank is recovered by then... had static electricity issue this morning and hippo tang is showing signs of ick,,, T_T)
Yea, I use Spectrum Thera A+ pellets. Regardless of what people say, I think that's one of the best food available for our little friends. Of course I do mix things up alot but looking at nutritional value, there is no comparison.

Ick, thats not good! And no prob on the recommend.
I like spectrum as a quick feed for the fish also! My LFS recommends it and they are a maintenance store for 200 tanks and that's one of the main things they have their clients feed. I do a mixture.

Well my Midas after today will be named Jaws. He decided to take a bite out of my Bartlet anthiases top fin on his back, in front of me. It was crazy, Bartlet just swam in front of the Midas and wham (It was crazy can he was stuck on his back getting thrashed about while the Bartlet tried to get free)!!!!! Now I see my McCoskers wrass has a bite taken out of his upper back fin too......... Well that isn't going to fly for long, if he keeps that up.... He's coming out and I am getting a little Midas.
I still like him, I just think he got sick of the flame angel always pickin on him so he exacted his revenge on them!
