UGH! I don't know what I am doing wrong.
For the past week and a half I have been jogging about two miles a day, excluding Sunday. I have kind of watched my diet and not overate, in fact last night I was still full from chinese food for lunch that I skipped supper and had some grapes and coffee. A week and a half ago, I weighed 215 pounds. I was hoping to weigh in at 213-214 today, but instead... I weighed in at 218!!!! I feel like all of that jogging and watching my diet isn't worth it and I should just go back to my old eating habits and be fat and don't give a crap.
I know Im a little late on this thread but a thought crossed my mind and I wanted to toss it out there. If your jogging then chances are your building muscles in your legs. Muscle weighs more than fat... so you could very well be loosing fat but gaining muscle.... thus increasing your overall weight. If this is the case then it's a good weight gain so dont get discouraged.
