You take such nice close ups. Mine are always blurry.
I love the variety of colors they come in.
The only problem I have with zoos is how small the polyps are. A friend of mine had some neon dragon eyes with polyps the size of nickels, his lights went bad and the colony died... irreplaceable. Now a days they are the size of half a dime.
I have searched and searched for the big ones and just can't find any.
Thank you - quality of camera and lens helps a lot, but mainly lots of practice and lots of wasted shots.
I hear you on zoa polyp size, its why I prefer the Zoanthus giganticus or PE zoas - polyps are big enough to see. Perhaps you should also look at Palythoa grandis - some of those are the size of a quarter and a few of the morphs have very nice colors.
