Heres a fun little question for everyone, What is your favorite meal or meals? One of mine would have to be butter chicken, bagghar-e-chawwal, mmmm pakoras, a stack of naan bread, with a tall glass of mango juice and a cup of mango or strawberry yogurt ice cream for desert
ohhhh man I am dying thinking about it!!! But I'll tell you what, I could eat fish and chips every day of my life as long as it came with a pint of guiness.

Butter chicken(that picture of your butter chicken didnt look to good lol no offence) and nann bread all the way! lol But I think its totally different then pita lol.. cant remember why though. But tastes totally different (comming from a Greek guy)
But I agree with mom.. thanksgiving is key! YUM I LOVE MY TURKEY and gravy and mashed potatoes!
But the Italian and Greek in me has to say veal, and gyros are kickass! With some Avgolemono(greek soup.. kinda like chicken noodle but with lemon rice chicken and egg whites beat in + vegies)

I am offended its too good to say things like that
, It is basically cubed chicken in a really rich cream sauce with different types of spices in it which is why its so red. Buttery deliciousness. Yes naan is not pita at all which is what I was trying to say. Oh man lemon rice soup LOVE IT!! as for the Italian side of things I've got the sicilian girlfriend so my holidays consists of so much italian food it hurts

My mom makes it..
Plus I work in a kitchen with 10000 Indians and Shrilankans lol I always eat that stuff..

I've got a recipe at home but I've never attemted to cook any indian food I get all of my fixes at the various resturaunts where I live
. I need to start cooking that stuff though I NEED IT TO LIVE!!

mom i think you need a stone oven to make nan bread lol.. just buy it..
You guys can also buy butter chicken sauce then cub the chicken urself.. Presidents choice has a good one.. My mom use to use that untill she started to make it herself... You might want to add soem franks red hot to it tho since it snot as spicy

yep you need a special little oven that looks like a clay pot bout the size of a dinner plate to make naan, you can buy it from some asian markets or better yet go to an indian resturaunt with a buffet meowzer (best way for people new to it to try new things)
