Weekly update and pics.
Parameters:
(Wednesday's info) 09-16-09
SG: 1.025
Temp: 79
Ph: 8.2
Nitrite: 0
Ammonia: 0
Nitrate: 40
Nitrates up caused me to think I was finally cycling, I mean it went up 35 in a week. So I wanted to monitor it and make sure nothing got out of hand, so I took another reading just now. So here you go most up to date parameters:
Today 09-18-09 Parameters:
SG: 1.025
Temp: 79
Ph: 8.2
Nitrite: 0
Ammonia: 0
Nitrate: 20
So I would say I might just be one of those people who doesn't have a very big Cycle... What do you think? I am going to wait a week till I do another set of tests, and if the Nitrate goes down everything else looks good I will start to slowly get more stuff!!
Here's some pics.
All my corals!!

FTS

My red brain coral loves eating frozen food, I'm so happy he's gonna grow so big

Feeding Time

Can anyone help me out with an Id on these things? they are the white and black banded tentacle things sticking out of a hole in my LR right in the middle of the pic. You can only see 2 in this pick, but when I first noticed them I saw 3, now I count 5. What are they?

Enjoy!! I know I've been

It does not leave that hole, could it really be a star? it just sticks the tentacles out and sways a little, if you startle them they suck back into the hole really quick. If it is a brittle star will it eventually leave the hole?

Well if all goes well with my next water test I will be getting some new stuff!! Can't wait, I'm thinking maybe some fish but I'm not sure yet.
If I do I think it will be a Bangaii Cardinal not sure though. If my LFS has them I will be getting 2 Pom Pom Crabs they're so cool! And maybe some corals.
What do you guys think? What should I get?

IMO...it's a small tank, and with everything else you have it will be too much, and they are very active fish....ALSO IMO...I think they should have a little more room

You are right on the fringe of the size of tank that Is adequate for a sixline. Do you always give up so easily %%

Actually I lied to meowzer and am going to get one anyway

sorry Meowzer, I think they are just too cool, and I am almost certain I have flatworms. Only question do I have to have pods growing for their food or will they eat frozen and small crushed flakes? I know SWF says pellets are ok.
