A little ventelation won't hurt and being directed "behind" the tank, noise won't be directed into the room..
However, if your doing the "soundproof" thing, drill the holes and put a "ring of foam in them to keep the pipes from touching the cabinet sides...

that's what my next question was going to be about the foam. I think that is what I'm going to do. Do you think 2 -1/1" or 3" holes would be good? Prob the 3.

This might seem redundent but, I am not understanding the overflow box mechanics. When my power went off to my tank my U tube held water in it and the siphion never broke and my sump filled but did not overflow. However, when the power turned back on my sump pump began to pump water to my main tank and my U-Tube did not produce the siphion action again "Remember My U-Tube did have water in it still" should it start flowing water again? I need to do something; I cannot have my tank overflow in my house again to much trouble to clean up after.

Leona...Yes 3" give your self some wiggle room...
hondaeg95...When the tank/pump is "at rest"...and the U tube and inner and outer chambers are full of water (settled to "at rest" level)...
What is the "difference" in chamber level compared to main tank level...?
How much higher does tank "rise" (obviously to overflowing) before water starts moving through U tube...?
Does water start moving through U tube ...??
May need to lower standpipe level (hence chamber level) so water starts flowing "sooner" and overflow can keep up...
But then watch that you don't "expose" U tube ends and loose siphon as diagramed above...

Off of 81 I believe. Right off the highway the directions are on my machine.
They said to bring help so we are hoping to bring our son.

Yeah Michael and you son should be able to handle it, and usually the drivers will help you out.... If you didn't adhesive the styrofoam yet take a couple pieces with you to sit the tank on..... Good luck will be sitting my the machine waiting for a first glimpse....

we made a mistake on the right side of the cabinets and made them 5" taller then what they should be. the canopy and the top of the right side of the cabinets should of lined up but they aren't going to now. He did a wonderful job none the less.

No problem Leona, I think it looks good only you would know if it was to tall.... Just think alittle extra room in the cabinets for extra goodies.... Can never have to much room!!!!!:D
